SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Hello Eagleview homeowners,
We are in urgent need of someone to oversee our architectural committee. We are getting several requests as our community ages, and we are looking to have someone manage those requests. The position would make sure requests comply with all Eagleview standards. There are several people that currently sit on the arch committee that review these requests, but we need someone to facilitate communication between all parties.
This is a relatively simple job but requires attention to detail and communication between a management company, the board, and our residents.
As we are in the search for somebody to fill this role, architectural requests may be slower than normal.
It takes a village to make this beautiful community what It is. This volunteer position is essential to keep community standards high, and our home values higher.
There would be training from the current member to facilitate. Please reach out to Shew community management to let them know of your interest to serve.
Lastly, one of our board members will be stepping down at the end of their term this year so there will be a vacancy. If you are interested, please consider joining one of our committees so you have insight to how our organization runs and then possibly consider running next term to fill this upcoming vacancy.
Thanks again,
Eagleview HOA board
