SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Tennis Courts
Due to damage inflicted by people without the proper codes to unlock the gates and to children that have tried to access the tennis courts without adult supervision, the HOA has had to have the locks and gates repaired. As a result, the codes have been changed.
Go to Recreational Facilities page on this site, the proper codes will be found on that page.
As a reminder, these facilities are for the express use of residents of The Villa, The Gardens and The Overlook only. Do not share the code with anyone. We have made it easy for those who live in the community to gain access to the courts.
These facilities are for tennis and pickleball only.
Pool Fobs
Thank you to all those residents that came to the pool to pick-up their fobs during the three days of pick-up activities. For those who still need fobs we have made arrangements with Shew to distribute those fobs. Please contact Shew Community Management for replacement fobs.
