The following are Architectural Standards for each community within the Eagleview HOA.
Eagleview Gardens Single Family home standards
Window replacements must be all white with a full grid and not exceed 10% in width and height of the original one and must be pre-approved by the HOA.
All door replacements must not exceed 10% in width and height of the existing one and must be pre-approved by the HOA.
All replacement Screen doors must be pre-approved by the HOA.
All Shutter replacements must be pre-approved by the HOA.
All deck and porch railings must be white in color and must be pre-approved by the HOA.
All deck and porch lattice work must be white in color and must be pre-approved by the HOA.
All Fences must be white in color and must be pre-approved by the HOA.
All Roof shingles must be similar in appearance to the existing and a sample must be submitted to the HOA for prior approval.
All Replacement siding must be similar in appearance and color to the existing and a sample must be submitted to the HOA for prior approval.
Eagleview Gardens Townhome standards

All front porch lattice work must be white or beige in color and must be pre-approved by the HOA.
All other decks must be pre-approved by the HOA.
