Architectural Standards

Eagleview HOA Architectural Standards as of 8-27-25

 The following are Architectural Standards for each community within the Eagleview HOA.

  

Eagleview Gardens Single Family home standards 
 

Window replacements (including Garage door windows) must be all white with a full grid and not exceed 10% in width and height of the original one and must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All door replacements must not exceed 10% in terms of the width and height of the existing one and must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All garage doors must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All replacement Screen doors must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All Shutter replacements must be pre-approved by the HOA.   

All deck and porch railings must be white in color and must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All deck and porch lattice work must be white in color and must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All Fences must be white in color four feet in height and must be pre-approved by the HOA. 

All Roof shingles must be similar in appearance to the existing and a sample must be submitted to the HOA for prior approval. 

All Replacement siding must be similar in appearance and color to the existing and a sample must be submitted to the HOA for prior approval.

All Exterior Lamp Posts must be single round poles in the color black.

All concrete sidewalks and steps shall be unpainted.

In addition, all requests must also meet all the Uwchlan Township Ordinances.

No sheds will be allowed in Gardens Homes with garages.   If the home has no garage homeowners may submit shed plans to the HOA for approval.

 

 

 

Eagleview Villa Townhome standards 
 

Window replacements (including Garage door windows) must be all white with a full grid and not exceed 10% in width and height of the original one and must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All door replacements must not exceed 10% in width and height of the original and be pre-approved by the HOA.

All replacement Screen doors must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All Shutter replacements must be pre-approved by the HOA.   

All deck and porch railings must be white in color and be pre-approved by the HOA.

All deck and porch lattice work must be white in color and pre-approved by the HOA.

Roof shingles must be similar in appearance to the existing ones and a sample must be submitted to the HOA for prior approval.

All door replacements must be approved by the HOA and not exceed 10% in width and height of the existing one and must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All replacement Screen doors must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All Shutter replacements must be pre-approved by the HOA.   

All front porch railings visible from the street must be white or beige and must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All front porch lattice work must be white or beige in color and must be pre-approved by the HOA.

All deck boards on front porches and rear decks must be similar in color to
the existing grey color and material and a sample must be submitted to the
HOA for pre-approval.

All fences must be submitted for approval and be pre-approved by the HOA.

All Roof shingles must be similar in appearance to the existing and a sample must be submitted to the HOA for prior approval. 

All Replacement siding must be similar in appearance and color to the existing and a sample must be submitted to the HOA for prior approval.

 Any deviation of the footprint of the home, deck, steps, front porches, fence, sidewalk and driveway requires a submitted site plan with dimensions of the existing and the proposed changes for approval.
